This volume offers a comprehensive, first-hand look at investigative journalism in China, including insider accounts from reporters behind some of China's top stories in recent years. 許多人在台北搭手扶梯都習慣站右邊，但台北捷運表示「靠右站立」的規定早已取消。聯合報系資料照片／記者春季最新款張曼蘋攝影 分享 facebook 許多人在台北搭手扶梯都會靠右邊站，然後空出左邊通道讓趕時間的人使用，但台北捷運表示「靠右站立」這項規定已在14年前取消，也就是說左右兩邊都可以站立。不過一名正妹在臉書上抱怨因為站在左邊通道，擋住了後方的人，竟然遭到對方用力拍打並指責她擋路，讓她氣得堅持不讓，站好站滿。原PO在臉書「爆怨公社」表示自己從台中回到台北，在搭乘手扶梯下樓時站在左邊，這時有名乘客用力拍打她並且很不客氣地說「小姐，妳滿額享折扣擋到路了」。原PO認為自己沒有錯，於是告訴對方說本來就可以站左邊，沒想到對方竟然回嗆「沒有，妳要趕快下去」，讓她聽了很火大，堅持「站好站滿」不讓位。原PO說如果對方一開始好好地說自己在趕時間，請她讓一下，那她就會讓開，但對方不客氣的態度讓她非常不滿，所以才不願多加理會。. } }); } 許多網友力挺原PO的作法，「趕時間不會提早點出門啊」、「不要讓，急死他」、「明明就可以走團購熱門產品限時產品樓梯不是嗎？我不懂那種趕時經典產品網路人氣產品top10間的幹嘛不走樓梯」、「遇到這種的我都站很穩，擠我我就踩下去」、「我台中人去出差，非常不爽在台北被嘖，而且很多人都有被嘖過」、「捷運公司要加強宣導，不然這個問題每天都有」。不過也有人緩頰的說「我覺得既然自己不趕時間，站左站右其實都沒差，不要因為這點小事心情不好。換個角度想，妳哪天想拉肚子別人也讓道借你過，不也很好」、「我都默默站後面，如果要讓我就過，不讓我就慢慢等」。
免簽GG？2021年起赴歐須申請電子簽 外交部這樣說
為打擊恐怖主義、維護歐洲邊境安全，歐盟將自2021年1月起實施「電子簽證」，未來若是要前往歐洲申根國家，都必須事先上網申請。外交部今(13日)表示，此措施適用所有免申根簽證入境國家之旅客，並非針對台人，且不影響中華民國護照的申根免簽待遇。
外交部發言人李憲章指出，歐盟為了打擊恐怖主義及保護歐洲邊境安全，將自2021年起實施「歐盟旅行資訊及授權系統」(ETIAS)，類似美國的ESTA措施。根據歐盟規定，ETIAS實施後，台灣旅客赴申根國家之前，須上網填寫有效的台灣護照、電子郵件及信用卡等資料，並繳交相關費用。該系統操作簡單，超過95%的申請者都能在幾分鐘內取得旅行許可，即可以免簽證待遇入境申根公約國。
歐洲經貿辦事處今(13日)傍晚發出新聞稿表示，該簽證為多次簽證，僅須申請一次，有效期限為3年，期間可無限制次數入境申根地區，但停留時間不得超過 90 天。根據歐盟規劃，ETIAS的申請費用為每件7歐元(約新台幣250元)，若申請人未滿18歲，則無須負擔任何費用。
